Did someone say girls' trip? We’re in! Wenatchee offers a unique, relaxing, and fun weekend escape from city life, perfect for when you want to get away with your girlfriends in a scenic valley while sipping wine, relaxing at the spa, shopping downtown, and more.

Here is your itinerary for the perfect girl’s weekend in Wenatchee.

Friday Afternoon

3:00 PM – Check in to your hotel. There are lots of great lodging options around Wenatchee, including the Residence Inn, Hilton Garden Inn, and Coast Hotel. If you're looking for an extra special stay, consider Warm Springs Inn and Winery, a mansion turned B+B (with gourmet breakfasts by an award-winning chef) that sits alongside the Columbia River.

4:00 PM – Take a stroll on the Apple Capital Loop Trail. Depending on where you choose to stay, the trail will either be right outside your door or just a short drive away. Take in the scenery by taking a short walk on this iconic 10-mile paved loop trail that goes along the Columbia River, past Pybus Public Market, and through beautiful parks.

6:00 PM – Dinner with a view. Head to Union Hill Cider or Circle 5 Winery, depending on what you prefer to drink. Both offer food options, amazing views of the valley and Columbia River below, and live music on select days. Make sure to check out their events calendar for more info.

Saturday

8:00 AM – Breakfast at La Vie En Coffee Bar & Bakery. A gourmet Italian coffee and French inspired bakery, with everything made from scratch daily. A delicious way to start the day!

10:00 AM – Spa time! Check out Tranquility Day Spa for relaxing massages, facials, and manicures. Polished, Elements Salon & Spa,  and Luana Beauty Lounge are other great options if you're looking to get a facial.

12:00 PM – Lunch at McGlinn’s Public House. A local favorite, McGlinn's offers a cozy, casual atmosphere with wood-fired pizzas, steaks, burgers, and more. In the warmer months, sit out on their patio and enjoy the sunshine.

2:00 PM – Downtown shopping and winery walk. From McGlinns, head out on a winery walk and sip your way through downtown while checking out the various shops, boutiques, and antique shops along the way.

A few wineries and tasting rooms we recommend:

6:00 PM – Dinner at Archive Bistro. Newly opened, Archive Bistro offers a fresh, elevated take on Pacific Northwest dining, highlighting seasonal ingredients and thoughtfully crafted dishes. Start with a delicious salad before diving into one of their entrees, like a Washington grown ribeye or a delectable paella.

8:00 PM – After-dinner ice cream! Walk over to Zully’s and try their rolled ice cream for a sweet treat to end the day. They also serve other desserts like crepes, mini pancakes, taco waffles, milkshakes, and more.

Sunday

8:00 AM – Breakfast at Pybus Public Market. Head over to Pybus Public Market, an open-air market in a remodeled historic steel warehouse with more than 20 restaurants, shops and stores. Breakfast options include Cafe Columbia, Huck, and Little Red’s Bakery & Espresso.

10:00 AM – Explore Ohme Gardens. Open seasonally from April to October, this hillside oasis offers nine acres of stone pathways, forests, gardens, waterfall features, and breathtaking views of the valley. Take your time and soak in the panoramic views before your departure.
