Welcome to Velveteen, where every menu tells a story. Velveteen is a small, chef-led tasting menu restaurant created by Executive Chef Kim Munson in Wenatchee, Washington. Each menu is built around memory and season and is globally inspired. With limited seating and a deeply personal approach, Velveteen offers an immersive dining experience where guests are invited to slow down, savor, and step into a world crafted with intention. Velveteen offers one seating at 6:30 PM, Thursday–Saturday. We open at 6:00 PM for our exclusive oyster experience (by pre-order only) or for a cocktail from our full-service bar prior to your tasting experience.
