Arts and Crafts:
Leather Bound Journals: MakerSpace hosts this holiday house building workshop on January 8th from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. This journal is a great way to stay organized, be creative or give as a gift! In this program, you will learn how to stitch together paper signatures using a thread and needle. The recommended minimum age for this program is 10 years old. Cost is $20 for museum members and $25 for non-members. Please register to reserve your spot.
Martin Luther King, Jr. Multicultural Festival: MakerSpace hosts this event, January 15th from 10am-3pm thanks to Numerica Credit Union. Visitors to this free event will experience the many local cultural and heritage groups that make up the tapestry of our community.
Kintsugi Workshop: MakerSpace hosts this opportunity to learn the historical and meditative art form on Saturday, January 22nd at 10:30am. Kintsugi, or golden joinery, is the Japanese art of repairing broken ceramic or porcelain dishes with gold to highlight their imperfections.

Environmental Film & Speaker Series: The Winter's Tale, January 6th at 7pm. Warm your spirits with the epic storytelling of Randy Lewis who shares his traditional native Wenatchi stories alongside the geologic icons of our region. Randy, flutist Arnold Chambers, and geologist Nick Zentner will captivate the mind and soul in this presentation.
This documentary tells the stories of the Wenatchi Tribe through the legends, history, and geology of North Central Washington as told by Randy Lewis, and captured by North Central Washington film students. “The Winter’s Tale” is a directed film study program reaching across the Wenatchee Valley and across cultures.

Mission Ridge: Open 7days a week now through March 20th. Night skiing is offered every Wednesday through Saturday night as well. Wednesday lift tickets are only $25 and the list of lesson offerings, live music and specials will continue through the remainder of the season. More details here
Plan ahead for Rails and Ales 2022 Friday, February 25th starting at 5p.m. presented by Numerica Credit Union. An epic evening of skiing, snowboarding, live music, cold beer, spicy foods, and fun in the heart of downtown Wenatchee. Come watch some of the best skiers and snowboarders in the state throwdown in this rail jam contest.
Pink Martini with China Forbes: This “little orchestra” draws inspiration from music all over the world, blending classical, jazz, and old-fashioned pop to create inclusive, beautiful tunes. On January 21 at 7:30 pm, come witness this musical adventure.
Hyprov: Improv Under Hypnosis: On March 3 at 7:30 p.m., Colin Mochrie, of Whose Line Is It, Anyway?, joins Master Hypnotist Asad Mecci for a show combining the arts of improv comedy and hypnosis – its sure to be a one-of-a-kind performance.
One Night in Memphis: This special tribute to Carl Perkins, Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis, and Elvis Presley is an energetic rock and roll royalty jam session on March 10 at 7:30 p.m. You’ll hear rockabilly, country, gospel, and pure 1950’s rock and roll.
Paula Poundstone: As heard on “Nobody Listens to Paula Poundstone” and NPR’s comedy news quiz, “Wait Wait…Don’t Tell Me!”, Paula comes to deliver observational humor and a spontaneous wit in legendary fashion. The show is on April 9 at 7:30 p.m.
