This concept provides for the foundation of our functionally oriented fitness program. Running, jumping, climbing, pushing, pulling, dragging and lifting heavy objects are what the human body is uniquely designed to do. These skills are well addressed at CrosSport and are suited to everybody whether they be athletes, young or old, or just average folks looking to be healthier.
