Wenatchee River County Park is located in Monitor, right between Wenatchee and Cashmere! The park is only a few minutes from Wenatchee and only 15 minutes from the state's famous Bavarian-style village Leavenworth. This campground is surrounded by greenery, hiking trails, mountain biking, and close enough to downtown shopping!

If you’re looking for an excellent campground for kids, check out Lincoln Rock State Park. This campground got its name because of a rock that looks over the park that resembles Abe Lincoln. Pretty cool! Not only is Lincoln Rock State Park a campground, but it also has a city-like park attached. The adjacent park includes ball fields, tennis courts, basketball courts, a playground, and public swimming. The whole family is sure to love this outdoor park!

Daroga State Park is another fantastic campground with some Wenatchee history attached! Daroga State Park, named after the 3 Auvil brothers, David, Robert, and Grady, is a must-visit. These brothers started an orchard on the grounds in 1928 and were known as pioneers of the apple industry! The grounds are a wonderful place to spend the summer days with your family! The park is located along Lake Entiat and has a lagoon perfect for swimmers of all levels!
