The Wenatchee valley and surrounding region is rich with agricultural and culinary goodness year 'round. Just ask some local restaurant chefs, wineries, breweries, and other specialty foods and beverages made here in the valley who rely on local resources to make their product taste fresh and unique at all times. This is what keeps the customers coming back. The talented Chefs of a few local restaurants I've talked to, actively seek out farmers who supply them with local produce and meats to help create unique dishes that incorporate seasonally grown flavors from our area as much they can.So during this long, cold winter put the following local family establishments on your Winter Bucket List and enjoy the local flavors of our valley. It will warm your heart and tummy.
